Judy Rowe is a professional makeup artist and certified lash technician based out of Maryland with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry.

An alumnus of the prestigious Bennett Career Institute (BCI) of Washington, D.C., she was the salutatorian for her class and received awards for Most Talented Makeup Artist, the Weave Master

Judy Rowe is a professional makeup artist and certified lash technician based out of Maryland with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry.

An alumnus of the prestigious Bennett Career Institute (BCI) of Washington, D.C., she was the salutatorian for her class and received awards for Most Talented Makeup Artist, the Weave Master Golden Scissors Awards (GSA), and GSA runner up for Makeup Artist and Female Stylist of the Year.

Judy's  love for makeup began during her modeling days, and grew during her time at BCI. She trained under Danessa Myricks, Reggie Wells, Sam Fine, Derrick Rutledge, and Dervelle Harris.   

Judy's clients are brides, prom girls, models, and entertainers. She has worked with  TV One, Origins, Ressie Co. Media Pro, Kiss Colors Cosmetics. And, actors Nalo Merriman, Omar Gooding, Sharrie McCain, William Shipman, Akiba Robinson, just to name a few.  

Judy's work can be found on the cover and inside the pages of the National Education Association's (NEA) flagship magazine NEA Today and NEA Today for Future Educators (formerly Tomorrow's Teachers), and inside the pages of Halcyon Kids, Hooligans Magazine, and several hair magazines. She also wrote an article for NEA's magazine This Active Life, entitled, "Makeup in Retirement".

Judy was the key makeup artist for independent films "Camp Wilson", "10-32", and "What Matters Most",  second key to stage play "Waldo's Place", and an assistant makeup artist for the stage play, "The Spirit in Charles Manor".

Judy also enjoys mentoring and educating other aspiring makeup artists and makeup enthusiasts.
